End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and @ohpinion for the @ohpinion mobile application. It licenses the app software. How you use the community — posts, ratings, and conduct — is covered by the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By installing or using the app, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. License

@ohpinion grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with this EULA and the store rules of Apple or Google. This is a license, not a sale. @ohpinion keeps all right, title, and interest in the app, including the name, logo, and design.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 14 years old. Users aged 14–17 are teen accounts. If an account belongs to someone under 14, it is removed.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, except where the law does not allow this limit
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app to break the law, the Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or other people’s accounts
• Use the name, logo, or brand without permission

4. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, video, and text you submit. You grant @ohpinion a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content so the app can operate. Uploaded images are checked before they are public.

5. Accounts and updates

Some features need an account created with an email address and password. You are responsible for your login. The app may update automatically through the App Store or Google Play. Updates are covered by this EULA unless they come with a new one.

6. Price

The app is free. It does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases. Sponsored placements in the feed are advertising, not a purchase. See Payments and refunds.

7. Privacy

The app collects and uses information as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account as described on Delete your account.

8. Third-party services

Feed ads may use Google AdMob. Image safety review may use OpenAI. Those services have their own terms. The app store you download from (Apple or Google) is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app or for support.

9. Ending the license

This license lasts until you delete the app or we end it. We may suspend or end access if you break this EULA, the Terms, or the age rule. When the license ends, you must stop using the app and delete it. Sections that should survive — ownership, disclaimers, and limits — still apply.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Community scores are opinions from other users, not professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, @ohpinion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes

We may update this EULA. The date at the top will change, and significant changes are also noted in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised EULA.
